Enterprise Context Control
Policy-based sensitivity classification that determines what data to protect based on document type, department, and workflow context during AI processing.
Explanation
Not all data carries the same sensitivity in every context. A company name in a press release is public. The same company name in an M&A target list is highly sensitive. Enterprise context control enables organizations to define protection policies that reflect these contextual differences.
This goes beyond PII detection. Enterprise context control covers trade secrets, financial terms, strategic data, internal metrics, and any organization-specific sensitivity category — providing true enterprise confidentiality control.
Example
A bank defines different encapsulation policies for three document types: customer correspondence (protect PII only), internal risk assessments (protect PII plus risk scores and limit recommendations), and board presentations (protect all financial projections plus strategic commentary). Enterprise context control applies the right policy to each document automatically.
